Are you a seasoned HR professional seeking an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation? We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a market-leading company recognised for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a true business partner, you will serve as a change agent, playing a crucial role in advancing the HR Strategy to achieve improvements in culture and performance whilst supporting the day to day operations of the business.

Duties include, not limited to:

Monitoring HR metrics and recommending interventions to meet business goals.

Supporting training and placement programs to ensure workforce alignment.

Developing and delivering employee wellbeing and support initiatives.

Leading HR projects and managing organisational changes.

Advising on employee relations, employment legislation, and HR policies.

Coaching line managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.

Delivering workshops and training to enhance leadership and HR practices.

Being the HR leader in implementing HR projects

Facilitating the implementation of workforce agreements

Collaborating with stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary OTE £45,000-£50,000 (DOE)

Requirements for the role:

A qualification in HR (ideally CIPD).

Expertise in HR management.

Strong knowledge of employee resourcing, relations, development, and employment law.

Experience with payroll and pensions administration (not essential).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of organisational change programmes

Ideally experience within a multi-site operation.
