Business Development Manager - Construction

Nova Talent are working with an award winning Construction Contractor that delivers high quality residential and commercial projects across Lincolnshire. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team based at Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore and secure new business opportunities, including client acquisition and partnership development.

Create and implement strategies to successfully access new markets and opportunities.

Cultivate and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Represent the company at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build valuable connections.

Monitor business portals and maintain up-to-date records of contacts and progress.

Collaborate with the Commercial department to assist with the preparation and submission of tenders within deadlines.

Uphold the companys reputation by serving as a positive and professional representative at all times.

What were looking for:

Previous business development experience within the construction industry.

Strong ability to sell ideas, products, and services effectively.

Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

A creative and strategic mindset to identify and develop innovative solutions.

Outstanding interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Proficiency in IT and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software.

Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.

What you will receive:

Salary Range £35,000-£40,000
