Agricultural Service Technician - Cirencester

What You'll Do:

• Efficiently manage and complete all submissions and paperwork to support seamless department operations.
• Handle supplier technical case submissions from start to finish.
• Repair and service a variety of agricultural machinery and other equipment as needed, including workshop tools. Predominantly workshop based with attendance to customers sites to work on breakdowns and services as required.
• Demonstrate machinery to customers when required.
• Take on a variety of tasks as requested by supervisors or senior management.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition, reporting any issues promptly.
• Deliver and collect items as necessary.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as a company ambassador at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all communication channels.

What We're Looking For:

• Technical expertise in agricultural machinery repair and maintenance.
• NVQ Level 3 in Land Based Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
• A commitment to teamwork and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
• A valid drivers licence.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary Range £30,000-£40,000, OTE £50,000 inclusive of overtime.
• 30 Days holiday including Bank Holidays

• Basic hours 39 per week
