Together we are seeking to recruit an experienced Depot Assistant Supervisor to join the Team based in Great Ellingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused and confident individual, that likes to take ownership of their work.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Maintaining stock investment and availability, ensuring efficient movement, accurate records, and prompt distribution.
- Assist the Supervisor in completing day-to-day depot operations, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to safety regulations, and supporting operational efficiency
- Monitor, support, and maintain depot audit compliance, ensuring operational adherence to company procedures, proactively addressing issues, escalating concerns where necessary, and ensuring full alignment with company service standards, policies, and industry regulations.
- Support the Supervisor in providing leadership, training, and mentorship to the depot team, ensuring staff are working to a high standard.
- Encourage a positive working environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a similar role ideally within Agriculture or Logistics
- Experience leading teams and supporting internal development
- Knowledge of local area to support transportation routes
- Customer Centric approach
- Ability to work as part of self-managed team
- Innovative approach, promotes sharing of best practice
- Able to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- IT Literate and experience with working on stock management systems
- FLT license desirable
