Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a challenging role in a dynamic, global environment? Noux Talent are working with an exciting global business in the Travel sector who are looking for a Business Analyst to join their London team.

Their BAs are vital players in adding value and helping deliver Tech/IT Solutions to improve customer experience and support business growth.

What you'll do:

• Drive value by bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance systems
• Own project requirements from inception to delivery, ensuring top-notch customer service
• Challenge the status quo, identifying root causes and innovative solutions
• Support implementation activities, including user acceptance testing and training

• JIRA experience is a plus, but not essential
