Noux Talent are working with an exciting prop tech business who are looking for 3 x BDRs to expand their sales team. The role will drive revenue through new business sales, developing great customer relationships to maximise opportunities.

They are looking for a 360 business developers and people who are passionate about generating new business. The role will be a mix of inbound lead follow ups and outbound business development, so experience in a 360 role is required. Alongside this, you will also have delivered product demos and will be comfortable presenting products to new clients.

What experience do I need?

  • Ideally you will have worked in either SAAS or Tech Sales/ SDR/ BDR in a B2B role for three years+ with a track record of regularly exceeding targets
  • Experience in a 360 sales role inbound and outbound
  • The ability to identify and qualify leads
  • A good understanding of the customer journey and the ability to adapt your approach to each clients needs, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Experience with CRM software

What sector experience is beneficial?

  • Ideally you will have working in a SAAS or Tech sales role in either property or construction

Salary

The base salary range is between £32k and £38k and will depend on your experience. Commission scheme is very competitive and also uncapped (double on target)

Hybrid Working

For the first 3 months, the role will require you to be onsite 1-2 times a week, then only once a month (with an expenses paid overnight stay)
