I'm looking for a Senior Back-end PHP Developer with strong Laravel experience to join a remote team building a high-end platform. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK or EU.

The role

Youll be working on a web and app-based platform, playing a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems. The focus is on scalability, performance, and clean code and this is a team that values high-quality engineering.

What youll be doing

• Developing and maintaining backend systems in PHP (Laravel)
• Designing and optimising REST APIs
• Ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Managing databases, working with MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Following SOLID principles and using design patterns
• Writing clean, maintainable code in line with PHP PSRs

What were looking for

• Extensive PHP development experience
• Laravel expertise
• Deep understanding of REST API concepts
• Knowledge if database management systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with design patterns and SOLID principles
• Passion for writing clean, scalable, maintainable code
