Hours: 08:30 - 14:30, Monday to Thursday (22 hours per week, on-site)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Tech business to find a skilled Front of House and Office & Administrator. Our client is a forward-thinking organisation that values innovation, diversity, empathy, collaboration, and flexibility. They are seeking a proactive individual to support their office and operations team.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Front of House and Office & Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the office. In this role, you will oversee office operations, manage Health & Safety protocols, and maintain strong relationships with office suppliers. You will also be the welcoming face for guests and provide essential support to senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front of Office Management: Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression and managing access to senior colleagues.
  • Office Oversight: Oversee office maintenance, Health & Safety protocols, and facilities management to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Reception Communication: Handle phone calls and communication with Building Reception to coordinate office needs.
  • Contractor Support: Assist with travel arrangements and support the organisation of contractor events.
  • Office Functionality: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc support to managers and Directors, including organising company events such as the Christmas Party.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with office suppliers to ensure quality service.
  • Project Work: Participate in ad hoc project work as required.
