We are partnering with a leading energy and industrial manufacturing organization to identify a Value Stream Manager – Fabrication to lead operations within a high-growth, advanced manufacturing facility.

You'll operate in an environment where:

What You'll Own
- Lead daily operations across a fabrication value stream
- Drive continuous flow, pull systems, and workload leveling
- Implement and sustain Lean methodologies (PDCA, standard work, visual management)

Own performance across:
- Safety
- Quality
- Delivery
- Cost

Build and develop a high-performing team through:
- Coaching and performance management
- Succession planning and talent development
- Lead New Product Introductions (NPI) within operations
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership
- Establish a culture that stops to fix problems and gets quality right the first time
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years of progressive experience in:
- Manufacturing operations or Lean leadership roles

Strong experience with:
- Lean principles (flow, Kanban, PFEP, standard work)
- KPI-driven performance management
- Continuous improvement methodologies

Proven leadership experience:
- Coaching teams
- Driving accountability and engagement
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
Preferred Profile

Background in sheet metal fabrication environments including:
- Laser cutting, turret punching, press brakes
- Welding and robotic welding
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
- Lean or Operations certifications
- Strong problem-solving approach (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.)
Environment & Expectations
- Onsite role in Eagle, WI
- Occasional travel
- Hands-on leadership presence on the shop floor
- High visibility role driving operational excellence and growth
