What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the Product Support Engineering team, you will diagnose and resolve complex RF and analog design issues across hardware systems.
Your work will include:
Investigating RF and analog circuit issues across transmitters, receivers, modules, and assemblies
Troubleshooting boards and hardware down to the component level
Collaborating with design engineering and manufacturing teams to introduce new hardware designs
Supporting new product launches and design transitions into production
Leading engineering investigations and mentoring junior engineers
Qualifying alternate components and redesigning circuits to mitigate supply chain shortages
Designing and conducting engineering experiments to validate performance improvements
Using simulation tools to analyze RF performance and validate solutions
You'll play a critical role ensuring that advanced RF hardware performs reliably in demanding environments.

What We're Looking For:
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
4–6+ years of RF engineering experience
Experience with radio transmitter/receiver design
Ability to troubleshoot hardware at the component level
Strong understanding of RF and analog circuit design
Experience designing experiments and analyzing test results
Preferred:
Tactical radio or RF power amplifier experience
Hands-on experience with ADS, MATLAB, LabVIEW, Jira
Strong RF lab testing experience
Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and test teams

Compensation:
Expected salary range for this role in New York:
$110,000 – $140,000
