A leading advanced aerospace and communications technology organization is seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to support mission-critical radio systems used in complex operational environments.

This role sits within a Product Support Engineering team responsible for solving high-impact RF and analog hardware challenges across next-generation communication platforms. If you enjoy deep technical troubleshooting, RF circuit design, and solving complex hardware issues at the component level, this role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most advanced communication systems in the industry.

What You'll Work On:

You will help diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex RF and analog hardware issues across production and fielded systems while supporting the development of new radio technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

Investigating RF, analog, SMT assembly, and test-related issues across hardware systems
Troubleshooting modules, boards, and assemblies to the component level
Analyzing transmitter and receiver performance across radio platforms
Designing and executing engineering experiments and simulations
Supporting product launches by collaborating with design and manufacturing teams
Leading technical investigations and providing guidance to junior engineers
Qualifying alternate components or redesigning circuits to mitigate supply chain issues

You will work closely with systems, RF design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure hardware performance and reliability meet demanding operational requirements.

RF transmitters and receivers
Power amplifier hardware
ADS RF design tools
MATLAB modeling and analysis
LabVIEW
Oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators
Spectrum and network analyzers

Ideal Background:

You may be a strong fit if you have:

6+ years of RF or analog hardware engineering experience
Experience with radio systems, RF circuitry, or power amplifiers
Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware to the component level
Experience using RF lab equipment and simulation tools
Experience performing engineering experiments and validation testing

Candidates with experience supporting tactical radio systems or defense communications hardware are especially encouraged to apply.
