A leading global manufacturing and nutrition science organization is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations at its Lincoln, Nebraska facility.

What You'll Do:
Lead Plant Maintenance & Reliability:

Direct daily maintenance operations across electrical, automation, utilities, and mechanical systems

Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while managing scheduling, performance, and workforce utilization

Coordinate closely with Engineering and Plant Operations leadership
Drive Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:

Maintain and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program

Use maintenance systems to track work orders, analyze performance, and reduce downtime
-
Implement reliability initiatives to improve equipment life cycles
Oversee Automation & Control Systems:
-
Support and manage plant automation systems including:
-
PLC programming
-
SCADA and HMI systems
-
process controls and automation
-

Maintain documentation of electrical and control systems to ensure operational continuity
Lead Equipment Installations & Capital Projects:

Manage new equipment installation and upgrades
-
Use project management and critical path analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Work with vendors, OEMs, and contractors to improve plant performance
Support Process & Engineering Improvements:

Partner with engineering teams to evaluate plant processes and recommend improvements
-
Assist with new product scale-ups, trials, and equipment modifications
-
Support Process Safety Management (PSM) initiatives including mechanical integrity and management of change
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
5+ years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong experience with plant systems engineering and automation
Technical experience with systems such as:

PLC controls and industrial automation

SCADA / HMI systems

Preventive maintenance software

Electrical and mechanical plant systems

ERP systems and maintenance planning tools

Microsoft Excel and project management tools

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000 â $120,000
