What You'll Do:

Ensure the quality of received components by reviewing supplier-provided data against drawings and specifications.

Analyze and report supplier performance metrics; identify trends and drive measurable process improvements.

Conduct supplier audits and assess compliance with ISO/NADCAP and internal manufacturing standards.

Collaborate with suppliers to develop corrective actions, enhance process controls, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams to align on quality goals and performance outcomes.
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management (required).

5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement.

Strong foundation in root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality metrics, and audit procedures.

Effective communicator who can influence teams and suppliers to achieve higher standards.

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.

Background in energy, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
