Systems Engineer (MBSE / Integration) – TS/SCI

Multiple Locations | Mission-Critical Programs | $140K–$190K+

Overview:

We are actively building a pipeline of high-impact Systems Engineers (TS/SCI) to support a portfolio of mission-critical programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments.

This role sits at the center of complex system delivery—connecting requirements, architecture, integration, and validation across large-scale, multi-domain systems.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, manage, and trace system requirements across the lifecycle
• Support system architecture, design, and integration efforts
• Perform Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML and related tools
• Contribute to DoDAF / architecture frameworks and system modeling
• Lead or support integration, test, and validation (IT&V) activities
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure system performance and interoperability
• Support development of CONOPS, interface definitions, and system documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure mission alignment and delivery

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (required)
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within complex environments
• Strong experience with:
  • Requirements development and traceability
  • System integration and validation
  • Cross-functional engineering coordination
• Familiarity with:
  • MBSE tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, or similar)
  • SysML and system modeling approaches
• Experience supporting classified or mission-critical programs

Preferred:

• CI or FS Polygraph
• Experience with:
  • DoDAF or other architecture frameworks
  • Agile or hybrid development environments
  • AI/ML-enabled systems or data-driven architectures
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal programs

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $140K – $190K+
• Higher for poly-cleared and senior/lead-level candidates
• Full benefits + long-term program stability
