The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow a $40M+ international defense portfolio supporting advanced maritime imaging and undersea systems. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the General Manager / Site Executive, with full ownership of cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer engagement across international programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced defense Program Manager who thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments and has led Earned Value programs for international customers under FMS and DCS contracts.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end execution of an international maritime systems portfolio ($40M+)

  • Lead cost, schedule, technical, and EVMS performance across multiple programs

  • Serve as primary customer interface for international defense customers

  • Drive development, transition to production, and low-rate production programs

  • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and program reviews

  • Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations

  • Expand program scope through follow-on orders, technical changes, and adjacent markets

  • Present executive-level program updates to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)

  • U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor's degree + 12 years of relevant experience
    (or Masters + 10 years; or 16 years without degree)

  • Direct DoD Program Management experience

  • Proven leadership of programs with reportable Earned Value

  • Experience with international defense programs

  • Experience spanning development production LRIP

  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Northampton, MA

Preferred (Not Required)

  • PMP certification

  • Experience with maritime, undersea, ISR, or imaging systems

  • Experience supporting major defense prime contractors

  • Strong financial and portfolio management background
