Northwest Talent Solutions is partnering with a global manufacturing leader in the paper, packaging, and container space to identify a Plant Site Manager who will take full ownership of plant operations, team performance, and production excellence in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

This is a high-visibility leadership role where you will directly influence safety, cost, uptime, quality, and overall operational performance—while building and developing a strong, engaged workforce.

What You'll Own:

• Full accountability for plant performance across:
  • Safety
  • Cost efficiency
  • Machine uptime
  • Quality and waste reduction
• Lead and develop teams across:
  • Production
  • Quality
  • Maintenance
  • Shipping & scheduling
• Drive a safety-first culture aligned with OSHA and operational standards
• Partner with senior leadership to execute short- and long-term plant strategies
• Optimize processes to improve throughput, reliability, and cost position
• Align plant operations with broader customer and business objectives
• Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged workforce

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of production or plant management experience in manufacturing
• Strong background in paper, packaging, or high-speed production environments
• Proven ability to:
  • Lead teams and develop talent
  • Drive operational improvements
  • Manage complex plant operations
• Deep understanding of:
  • Manufacturing processes
  • Corrugating / converting equipment (preferred)
• Strong leadership traits:
  • Drives results
  • Builds effective teams
  • Strategic and operational mindset

Location:

• Fond du Lac, WI (on-site leadership role)
• Relocation support available for the right candidate

Compensation:

• $167,400 – $183,200 base salary
• Additional incentive opportunities + full benefits
