Lead Agile at Mission Scale

We are partnering with a top-tier national security program to identify a Solution Train Engineer (STE) who can operate at the highest levels of scale, complexity, and mission impact.

This is a high-visibility leadership role supporting a large, multi-ART SAFe environment driving critical capabilities across a nationally significant system.

You won't just facilitate Agile—you will orchestrate execution across Solution Train + ARTs, influence leadership, and ensure delivery across a complex, high-stakes ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead Solution Train and ART execution using SAFe
• Facilitate PI Planning, Solution Train events, and cross-team coordination
• Partner with RTEs, Product, Engineering, and Government stakeholders
• Track delivery across features, capabilities, and program metrics
• Identify and resolve program-level impediments and bottlenecks
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams
• Support DevOps-driven delivery environments

What You Bring

• TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (MD customer REQUIRED — non-negotiable)
• 7+ years leading large-scale Agile programs or teams
• Proven experience as:
  • Solution Train Engineer (STE) OR
  • Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Deep expertise in SAFe frameworks and Agile delivery
• Strong experience in:
  • PI Planning
  • Scrum of Scrums
  • Agile metrics and program execution
• Ability to communicate across technical teams and senior stakeholders
