Position: Rheumatologist

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Rheumatologist to join our client's medical practice in West Reading, Pennsylvania. As a Rheumatologist, you will diagnose and treat patients with a variety of rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and fibromyalgia.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans based on individual needs

- Perform diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging, to identify rheumatic diseases

- Prescribe and administer medication, including disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) and biologic agents

- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Educate patients on their condition and provide guidance on self-management techniques

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients

- Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of rheumatology and incorporate new treatments into patient care as appropriate

- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and practice management

Qualifications:

- Medical degree from an accredited medical school

- Completion of a residency program in internal medicine or rheumatology

- Board certification in rheumatology

- Valid medical license in the state of Pennsylvania

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to stay current with developments in the field of rheumatology
