What You Bring to Succeed:

  • BSN degree with active, unencumbered Washington state nursing license
  • Proven behavioral health/psychiatric nursing experience
  • Strong track record of nursing leadership and team development

  • Excellence in building collaborative relationships across departments
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
