Real Estate Paralegal

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's team on a full-time, temp basis.  As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our client's legal team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate transactions.  Ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and is well versed in drafting documents, preparing critical dates, and reviewing title and survey matters, title objection letters, and lease abstracts. This is a great opportunity for a real estate paralegal who is familiar with the lifecycle of the real estate contracts through closing. The ideal candidate is outgoing and wants to work and collaborate as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting title and lien searches

- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and leases

- Assisting with real estate closings and coordinating with all parties involved

- Communicating with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to gather necessary information and resolve any issues

- Maintaining accurate and organized files and records

- Researching and analyzing real estate laws and regulations

- Preparing and filing legal documents with the appropriate agencies

- Assisting with due diligence and property research for real estate transactions

- Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of projects

- Providing general administrative support to the legal team as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal

- Knowledge of real estate law and procedures

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
