Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Social Worker LCSW to join our client's team. As the Lead Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers and providing high-quality care to patients. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of social workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective social work services

- Provide direct social work services to patients, including assessments, counseling, and referrals to community resources

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work services and make necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

- Current LCSW license in the state of [insert state]
