Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Systems Manager to join our client's team.  This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive salary and benefits. The Maintenance Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our client's systems, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for all company systems, equipment, and facilities.

- Oversee the maintenance team and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

- Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs and inventory.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Manage maintenance budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.

- Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors for maintenance services.

- Train and mentor maintenance team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, protocols, and safety standards.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
