Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary handling attorney on assigned litigation cases

  • Draft and argue motions, oversee mediations, and manage pre-trial preparations

  • Collaborate directly with senior partners on strategy and case development

  • Participate in trial preparation and attend trials, when required

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all legal proceedings

Qualifications:

  • Must be an active member of the California Bar

  • 14 years of civil litigation experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines

  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for professional development

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
