We are currently seeking a talented Hardware Design Engineer to join our client's team in Long Branch, NJ. 

Job Overview:

As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components for our client's products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall product strategy and help drive innovation within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop hardware components for new and existing products

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications

- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations for new projects

- Create and maintain detailed design documentation

- Perform hardware testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and functionality

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware technology

- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on design improvements

- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of components

- Support the production team during the manufacturing process

- Identify and resolve any hardware-related issues that may arise during the development process

- Participate in product planning and strategy meetings and provide technical input

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development

- Proficient in hardware design tools such as Altium, Cadence, or Eagle

- Strong knowledge of circuit design and PCB layout

- Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and other electronic components

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for hardware design

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field
