Job Title: Full-Time Dentist
Location: Leavenworth, KS (On-site)
Compensation: $150,000 $200,000 annually (Relocation assistance + signing bonus negotiable)
Schedule: Full-time, onsite only
Relocation: Full relocation package offered

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to a unique and underserved patient population within a secure and professionally rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and emergency dental services including cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, and root canals (anterior and premolars)

• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

• Supervise and train subordinate dental staff as needed

• Maintain strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures

• Keep thorough and timely dental records and documentation

• Collaborate with medical staff and specialists for coordinated care

• Manage dental inventory, tools, and medication control

• Support operational and budgetary planning for the dental program

• Maintain a safe, respectful, and legally compliant environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of dentistry

• Licensed Dentist in the state of Kansas (or ability to transfer licensure)

• Minimum 1 year of general dentistry experience preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a secure or institutional healthcare setting

• Must be at least 18 years of age
