Position Overview:

As a Product Development Chemist, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our client's products. You will work closely with our client's team of chemists, engineers, and product managers to research, develop, and test new products and formulations. Your expertise in chemical processes and materials will be essential in creating products that meet our clients' needs and surpass industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones

- Analyze and interpret data from experiments and tests to make recommendations for product improvements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas

- Conduct market research to identify potential product opportunities and trends

- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into product development

- Create and maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and product specifications

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all product development processes

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during product development and testing

- Communicate product updates and progress to team members and management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development in the chemical industry

- Strong understanding of chemical processes and materials

- Experience with laboratory equipment and techniques

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the chemical industry
