Compensation: $120K–$160K base + bonus + full benefits

This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly into senior manufacturing leadership—designed for a leader who doesn't just manage maintenance but transforms reliability culture, asset performance, and operational outcomes.

What You'll Own:
You will lead the shift from reactive maintenance to a fully embedded reliability-centered model, including:
- Building and scaling Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) frameworks
- Leading FMEA, RCA, and asset criticality analysis across large-scale operations
- Driving predictive & condition-based maintenance strategies
- Owning KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, uptime, and PM compliance
- Identifying and eliminating chronic equipment failures
- Optimizing asset lifecycle cost and performance
- Partnering with plant leadership to drive continuous improvement at scale
- Embedding a data-driven reliability culture across the organization
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 10+ years in manufacturing environments (heavy industrial preferred)
- 5+ years in maintenance/reliability leadership

- RCM / FMEA / RCA
- Predictive & preventive maintenance
- CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance strategies
- Proven success improving equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Strong ability to influence across shop floor, engineering, and executive leadership
