We're actively building a pipeline of high-impact Reliability Engineers to support leading manufacturing organizations focused on asset performance, operational excellence, and plant modernization.

This role is critical to reducing downtime, extending asset life, and implementing data-driven maintenance strategies that directly impact production and profitability.

If you have experience with RCM, FMEA, predictive maintenance, and reliability strategy, this is a strong opportunity to step into high-visibility, high-impact roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
  • Lead FMEA / criticality analysis to identify and mitigate risk
  • Drive predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
  • Analyze and improve key metrics:
    • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
    • MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
    • Equipment uptime and reliability trends
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures
  • Partner with maintenance and operations to eliminate recurring issues
  • Support CMMS optimization and maintenance planning
  • Identify opportunities to improve asset lifecycle performance and cost efficiency

What You Bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in:
    • Reliability Engineering
    • Maintenance Engineering
    • Industrial / Manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience with:
    • RCM, FMEA, RCA methodologies
    • Predictive maintenance tools and strategies
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
  • Strong collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams

Highly Desired:

  • Experience in:
    • Heavy manufacturing (metals, chemicals, building materials, etc.)
    • Food & beverage or high-speed production environments
  • Exposure to:
    • Vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis
    • Reliability analytics and condition-based monitoring
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience

Compensation:

  • $95,000 – $135,000 base salary
  • Higher for senior-level or plant-wide reliability ownership
