What You'll Do:

• Weigh, blend, and deliver press-ready inks to production equipment
• Perform precise color matching and formulation to meet customer specs
• Support press operations through ink toning and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records of:
  • Color matches
  • Ink adjustments
  • Returns and quality feedback
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and PPE standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready

What You Bring (Required for Consideration)

• 1+ year of water-based ink mixing / blending experience
• Color formulation and color matching experience
• Press toning experience
• Flexographic (Flexo) printing experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a shift-based environment
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills

Work Environment & Schedule:

• On-site (in-plant role) — Lebanon, Indiana
• 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends required)
• Physical role:
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Working with production chemicals

Compensation & Benefits:

• $55000 – $65000 base salary
