Support Mission-Critical Military Communication Systems
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the full lifecycle of advanced military communication products. This role sits at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and product support, working hands-on to solve complex electrical challenges in analog, digital, and RF systems.

What You'll Do:
- Investigate and troubleshoot analog, digital, and RF circuit issues to the component level
- Monitor production yields, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure successful transition to production
- Perform root cause analysis and lead technical investigations

Improve product quality through:
- Design enhancements
- Process improvements
- Test optimization
- Mitigate component shortages and obsolescence through redesign and qualification

Collaborate with:
- Manufacturing
- Quality
- Supply chain
- Engineering teams
- Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and technicians
- Conduct simulations, experiments, and validation testing
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience)

Strong experience with:
- Analog and digital circuit troubleshooting
- RF systems (preferred but not required)
- Ability to troubleshoot to the component level

Experience using lab equipment:
- Oscilloscope
- DMM
- Spectrum/network analyzers
- Logic analyzers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead small technical efforts and mentor others
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Experience:
- Tactical radio systems
- Manufacturing or production environment
- LabVIEW, Jira, or similar tools
- Component selection and qualification
