What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of FPGA/firmware engineers
• Drive execution across design, verification, and delivery milestones
• Own project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
• Partner cross-functionally with hardware, software, and systems teams
• Elevate and refine FPGA development processes and standards

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of experience in FPGA / embedded firmware development
• Proven leadership managing technical teams and project delivery
• Strong experience with:
  • VHDL and/or Verilog
  • SystemVerilog and verification methodologies (UVM/OVM)
• Background in wireless communications, signal processing, or secure systems
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Edge:

• Experience with cryptographic or secure communication systems
• Exposure to RF or tactical communication environments
• Active Secret Clearance
