Integration & Test Engineer – TS/SCI

Multiple Locations | Mission-Critical Programs | $130K–$180K+

Overview:

We are actively building a pipeline of high-impact Integration & Test Engineers (TS/SCI) to support mission-critical programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments.

This role sits at the center of system delivery—ensuring complex hardware and software systems are fully integrated, validated, and mission-ready.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute system integration, test, and validation activities (IT&V)
• Develop and run test procedures, scripts, and automated test frameworks
• Validate hardware/software integration across complex systems
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
• Troubleshoot system issues and support root cause analysis (RCA)
• Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure end-to-end system performance
• Support test environments, lab setups, and system configurations
• Contribute to test documentation, reporting, and verification artifacts

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (required)
• 5+ years of experience in integration, test, or systems validation roles
• Strong experience with:
  • System-level testing and validation
  • Hardware/software integration
  • Test planning and execution
• Familiarity with:
  • Automated testing tools and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar)
  • Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems
• Experience supporting classified or mission-critical environments

Preferred:

• CI or FS Polygraph
• Experience with:
  • Automated test frameworks and tools (Selenium, PyTest, Robot Framework, etc.)
  • Lab environments, testbeds, and system simulation
  • Agile or DevSecOps environments
• Exposure to:
  • AI/ML-enabled systems
  • Networking, embedded systems, or RF systems
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal programs

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $130K – $180K+
• Higher for poly-cleared and senior-level engineers
• Full benefits + long-term program stability
