Data Engineer / AI Engineer – TS/SCI

Multiple Locations | Mission-Critical Programs | $150K–$210K+

Overview:

We are actively building a pipeline of elite Data Engineers and AI Engineers (TS/SCI) to support next-generation programs across DoD and Intelligence Community environments.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time)
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Python and SQL
• Work with large-scale datasets across distributed environments
• Support development of AI/ML models and data pipelines
• Integrate data systems into cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GovCloud)
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of data systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven and AI-enabled solutions

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance (required)
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML engineering
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Python and SQL
  • Data pipeline development and optimization
• Experience with:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Distributed data systems (Spark, Hadoop, or similar)
• Experience working in classified, regulated, or mission-critical environments

Preferred:

• CI or FS Polygraph
• Experience with:
  • AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
  • Streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis)
• Exposure to:
  • MLOps / AI infrastructure
  • Data governance and security frameworks
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or federal programs

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $150K – $210K+
• Higher for poly-cleared, AI-focused, or senior-level candidates
• Full benefits + long-term program stability
