Build the Systems That Run the Plant

We're actively building a pipeline of high-caliber Controls Engineers to support multiple industrial automation and manufacturing clients across the U.S.

These roles sit at the center of plant performance, uptime, and modernization—driving automation initiatives, improving reliability, and supporting production at scale.

If you have experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems, this is a strong opportunity to align your work with high-impact, high-demand environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Support and enhance HMI / SCADA systems
  • Lead or support automation and controls projects
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues to minimize downtime
  • Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams
  • Support continuous improvement and plant modernization initiatives
  • Participate in startup, commissioning, and system upgrades

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation
  • Strong experience with:
    • PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens preferred)
    • HMI / SCADA systems
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical and control systems
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment

Highly Desired:

  • Experience with:
    • Robotics / automated systems
    • VFDs, drives, and motion control
    • Continuous or discrete manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to:
    • Food & beverage, chemicals, metals, packaging, or building materials
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity (many roles offer support)

Compensation:

  • $90,000 – $140,000 base salary
  • Higher for senior-level engineers and specialized automation expertise
  • Many roles include:
    • Bonus opportunities
