What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform system-level testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation on advanced electronic and RF systems
• Support integration, validation, and verification (V&V) activities
• Work hands-on with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, voltmeters, and diagnostic equipment
• Build, repair, and modify cables, RF hardware, and electronic assemblies
• Identify and resolve hardware defects and performance issues
• Support engineering development labs, including calibration and asset tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to improve system performance
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and test analysis

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or related field
• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience
• Strong experience with:
  • Electronic troubleshooting and test equipment
  • System-level testing and validation
  • Hardware repair and assembly (including SMT components)
• Exposure to:
  • RF systems, communications hardware, or SDR architectures
  • Configuration management tools (Agile preferred)
  • Failure analysis, diagnostics, and reporting

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RF communications systems (ASICs, PLLs, DACs, amplifiers)
• Knowledge of IPC standards (610, 620, 7711/7721)
• Experience supporting engineering labs or calibration environments
