This is not a maintenance-only role.
This is a hands-on automation position where your work directly impacts production uptime, system performance, and continuous improvement at scale.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will operate at the core of plant performance, including:

• Programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing Allen-Bradley Logix5000 PLC systems
• Working with AC/DC drives, controls systems, and industrial automation
• Diagnosing and resolving live production issues to restore flow quickly
• Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, FMEA, RCM, SPC)
• Partnering with maintenance and engineering to eliminate recurring failures
• Supporting outage planning, upgrades, and small capital projects
• Acting as a technical leader and resource for plant personnel

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

We're looking for professionals who bring:

• 5+ years in industrial electrical systems & controls (required)
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot under pressure in live production environments
• Experience in manufacturing, process, or heavy industrial settings
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on root cause, not quick fixes

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with instrumentation (HART), drives, or combustion systems
• Background in continuous improvement methodologies
• Technical certifications or associate's/bachelor's degree
