Northwest Talent Solutions is actively recruiting for a high-impact Engineering Manager role supporting advanced, next-generation communication systems within a cutting-edge engineering environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide engineering teams while staying close to the technology—driving new product development, system integration, and technical execution across complex electrical systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technical contributors
• Drive new product development (NPD) from concept through production
• Own project planning, cost estimation (ROM/BOE), and budget accountability
• Lead technical decision-making, risk analysis, and requirements management
• Oversee design, integration, testing, and validation of complex systems
• Collaborate across disciplines including RF, FPGA, DSP, embedded, and mechanical
• Support product lifecycle improvements across cost, quality, and performance

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 9+ years of experience in electrical engineering environments
• Proven experience in:
  • New product development (NPD)
  • Engineering leadership or team management
• Strong technical foundation in:
  • Electrical systems design and integration
  • RF, digital, embedded, or multi-disciplinary systems

Preferred Experience:

• RF communications, FPGA, DSP, or embedded systems
• Program execution frameworks (EVM, cost/schedule ownership)
• Tools such as DOORS, Agile, or similar
• Experience supporting complex, high-reliability systems
