Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is recruiting on behalf of a global technology and consulting organization seeking a ServiceNow Tech Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Operations (FSO).

If you've worked on FSO implementations within banking or insurance environments and enjoy leading architecture, design, and delivery—this is a high-impact opportunity to work on AI-driven, enterprise-scale transformations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow FSO solutions

• Work closely with enterprise architecture teams and client stakeholders

• Drive end-to-end delivery across:

  • Dispute & claims management

  • Customer lifecycle workflows

  • Card, payment, loan, and treasury operations

• Design and implement FSO data models and case management solutions

• Develop and customize ServiceNow using:

  • JavaScript (client/server-side)

  • Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions

  • REST/SOAP integrations

• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning and demos

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and ITIL frameworks

What You Bring

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience

• Strong, hands-on experience with FSO (Financial Services Operations)

• Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end FSO implementation

• Deep knowledge of:

  • CSM + FSO data models

  • CMDB, CSDM, and enterprise architecture concepts

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems)

• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO, or regulatory frameworks

• Certifications such as:

  • ServiceNow CIS (FSO, IRM, Risk, Vendor Risk)

• Exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives

Compensation

• Base salary: $130,000 – $160,000

• Fully remote role
