Lead mission-critical engineering programs that directly impact military aircraft performance and safety.

We are partnering with a leading aerospace and defense innovator to identify a Senior Project Engineer who will drive the delivery of advanced test equipment systems supporting flight control technologies used globally.

  • Lead issue resolution, root cause analysis, and quality assurance activities

What You Bring:

  • 7–12+ years of experience in:
    • Aerospace, defense, automotive, or test equipment engineering environments
    • Technical project leadership (not just coordination — true ownership)
  • Experience with:

    • Vendor/subcontractor management
    • Managing cost, schedule, and scope (EVMS exposure is a plus)
  • Strong technical foundation in:

  • Must be eligible for U.S. export-controlled work (U.S. citizenship required)

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Work on mission-critical aerospace systems with real-world impact
  • Blend of technical depth + strategic leadership
  • Exposure to global defense programs and stakeholders
  • High autonomy with visible impact on program success

Location & Flexibility:

Hybrid – Buffalo, NY (onsite expected with flexibility)
~25% travel (U.S. + international)
