  • Mentor and train other team members on analytical techniques, supporting their growth and technical expertise.

What Were Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with at least one protein analytical method, such as binding kinetics (SPR, BLI), capillary electrophoresis (CE-SDS, cIEF), analytical chromatography, or thermal stability assays (DSF).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional, dynamic team.
  • A proven track record of adapting quickly to new techniques and encouraging the development of others.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with experience in documenting scientific processes and findings both verbally and in writing.
  • A PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as biochemistry, molecular biology, or related disciplines.

Bonus Skills:

  • Previous experience working in biologics drug development, particularly within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Knowledge of biologics manufacturability studies, including stress testing or forced degradation studies.

This role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking startup, tackling some of the most complex challenges in cancer treatment. If youre passionate about driving innovation and making an impact in the biotech space, Northreach would love to connect you with this exciting opportunity!
