Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 systems, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Support printers and peripheral devices installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID), ensuring seamless functionality.
- Deploy and configure Windows operating systems using Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
- Assist with basic networking tasks and user access management.
- Maintain IT inventory hardware, software, and licenses.
- Offer basic user training and manage helpdesk requests efficiently.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to support our Mandarin-speaking users.
- Experience in desktop support you're the go-to for solving Windows issues.
- Hands-on experience with printers and peripheral devices.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with Windows Deployment Services (WDS) or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills breaking down complex tech for non-technical users.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently on multiple support tickets.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in IT support within financial services or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and group policies.
- Familiarity with basic cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, particularly desktop and network support.
- IT certifications such as Cisco CCNA or Microsoft Certifications are a plus!
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
