ASSOCIATE RECRUITER
Coming in as an Associate Recruiter is the first step of becoming a Recruitment Consultant. This role requires no formal recruitment experience, and the expectations are focused on your attitude and willingness to learn the job! You will work closely with senior members of the Northreach team that will support and guide you throughout the academy programme.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE ROLE
- Learning the process and understanding what good recruitment practices look like
- Speaking and meeting candidates to qualify and understand their needs and wants
- Writing adverts on job boards / Social Media / Website
- Obtaining manager names / leads / recommendations for business development opportunities
- Presenting candidates to senior members of Northreach for shortlisting with clients
- Obtaining availability, booking interviews, taking feedback from candidates
- Working with senior members of Northreach to negotiate offers and start details
- Preparing documentation for on-boarding of your newly placed candidate
- Recording videos and advertising roles on the internet
- Demonstrate a level of understanding of the business and how the recruitment industry works
- Developing an understanding of the industry and market intel to share with candidates and clients
- Being a great team player and doing what it takes to keep the business moving forward
