Your Role in the Team:
As an IT Support Analyst, youll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations within the Chester office. Youll provide 1st & 2nd line support, addressing issues swiftly and maintaining a high level of service across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries across the company.
- Accurately log and track incidents, service requests, and issues on the Service Desk.
- Triage and prioritize support requests, ensuring service levels are maintained.
- Deliver hardware support for devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets.
- Administer and support Office 365, ensuring all applications are fully operational.
- Maintain system security and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.
What Youll Bring:
- A strong foundation in IT, supported by a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within an ITIL framework.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive, flexible approach with a keen desire to learn and grow.
