Role Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to two Senior Directors one in Technology and one in Partnerships. This is a dynamic role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple time zones and senior-level engagements
- Manage complex and high-volume inboxes with a focus on prioritisation and confidentiality
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and preparation of briefing materials
- Organise internal events and team offsites, taking ownership of all planning and logistical elements
- Support in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and key documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners professionally and effectively on behalf of the Directors
- Manage ad-hoc projects and provide general administrative support as needed

Ideal Background
- Previous experience in a similar PA/EA role supporting senior leadership, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team
- Willingness to travel to the Stevenage site occasionally
