What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. IT Recruitment Partner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of technical recruiting expertise, a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, and a deep understanding of the North American IT landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source qualified IT, ERP, and Engineering candidates through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry SMEs.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools and techniques to identify and engage top talent.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews (technical and behavioral) to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent positions, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.
  • Champion a "quality over quantity" philosophy, focusing on finding the best fit for both candidates and clients.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Head-hunter mentality, proactively seeking out and engaging passive candidates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Min 5+ years of core expertise working in IT recruitment.
  • Proven experience and expertise working on permanent positions.
  • Strong network of IT and ERP industry SMEs.
  • Sourcing SME through different channels relevant to the industry.
  • Experience working in the North American market (specifically USA and Canada).
  • Tech and AI-driven recruitment background and expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Passion for finding the best talent and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
