Senior JD Edwards (JDE) System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) systems.
• Manage environment setups, package builds, system replication, and troubleshooting of JDE architecture.
• Perform regular system performance monitoring, optimization, and capacity planning.
• Lead and support cloud migration strategies for JDE EnterpriseOne and other enterprise applications.
• Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Implement and maintain security standards, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide support for JDE system integrations with other business systems.
• Monitor and manage JDE CNC (Configurable Network Computing) processes to ensure system reliability.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards system administration, configuration, and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne architecture, including environment setup, replication, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services for enterprise applications.
• Proven experience with cloud migration strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of JDE CNC processes and system performance optimization techniques.
• Experience in managing disaster recovery and business continuity planning for enterprise systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

• Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Certification.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
• ITIL Certification for IT Service Management.
