Sr. Software Engineer

Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate actively in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to coding best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our client's applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, including advancements in JavaScript, TypeScript, cloud computing, and AI, proactively seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
• Utilize Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for project management, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Employ cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management, contributing to the development of highly available and resilient systems.
• Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), automating the build, test, and deployment pipeline.
• Leverage version control systems like Git for code management, collaboration, and branching strategies.
• Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and techniques into the development process, such as AI-assisted code completion, automated testing, or predictive analytics, to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional development.

Required Skills:

• Min 8 -10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of front-end and/or back-end development principles and best practices.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Express).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
