Senior IT Corporate Accounting Manager

We are searching a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Corporate Accounting Manager to lead our corporate accounting team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate accounting operations, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and engineering, to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with external audits and tax filings.
• Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting, with a strong focus on the software/technology/SaaS industry
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software
• Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Oracle
