Oracle SCM Application Lead/Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle SCM Application Lead/Architect to join our client's dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the Oracle EBS environment, ensuring optimal performance and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Oracle EBS environment, including system administration, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users on Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay current on the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS integration for Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
