Senior ERP Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Manager to join our team and lead complex ERP implementation projects. This is a remote role with approximately 20-30% travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, from planning and scoping to execution and go-live.
• Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring project success.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of ERP systems, including architecture, functionality, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and ensure the successful adoption of new systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Track project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability.
• Contribute to the development of long-term ERP strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in leadership and management roles within the IT industry.
• Proven expertise in the implementation and support of a variety of ERP applications.
• Strong background in cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business growth.
• Hands-on experience with financial and accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.
